Smooth yet distinctive like Tony Bennett.
Characteristics
Dust off the Tony Bennett albums and slip on a satin robe. This one is smooth-talkin’ and distinctive.
So maybe you left your heart in San Francisco, but don’t leave home without a cup of this swingin’ stuff every morning. We conjured up a bean that is not overpoweringly bright but has some interesting fruit or other notes. Solid body and finish are the stars of the show, but make sure you note the subtle distinctions that render this coffee rat-pack-would-be-proud groovy. Great brewed in a drip machine, press pot or vac pot or as a single origin espresso.
Current Bean
Finca El Manzano is on the famed Santa Ana Volcano in northern El Salvador. The Santa Ana has produced some of El Salvador's finest coffees and this coffee is no exception. This dry processed coffee is characteristically juicy with a slightly complex range of stone fruit and citrus. The finish carries a luscious ripe plum note on a creamy body. We roast the coffee to highlight both the body and the fruit. This coffee is great using almost any brew method and pairs well with milk.
